Money Tracker by Notice Theory uses the information below to provide your budgeting account. Questions or data requests can be sent to hello@noticetheory.com.
Information we handle
- Your email address for account access and support.
- Salary figures, budgets, categories, expense entries and notes you choose to enter.
- Paid access status and payment references needed to give access and handle billing questions. Your mobile number is sent to Cashfree when you open checkout; we do not keep it in the Money Tracker account database. Card and bank account details entered at checkout are handled by Cashfree, not Money Tracker.
- Limited technical data required to operate and secure the service, such as temporary request rate limits and sign-in sessions.
How it is used and shared
We use your information to sign you in, save your tracker, provide paid access, respond to requests and protect the service. Cloudflare hosts the app and stores account data, Resend delivers sign-in emails, and Cashfree processes payments. We do not connect to your bank account or sell your personal tracker entries.
Sign-in sessions
Money Tracker uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. A session can last up to 30 days, or ends when you sign out. Email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once.
Your choices
You can export a JSON copy of your saved tracker or a CSV of transactions from Settings. To request account or data deletion, email hello@noticetheory.com from your account email. We will verify the request before deleting account data. Some payment records may need to be kept to meet legal or accounting requirements.
